  1. What are WITZENBERG Gift Card Terms and Conditions?

    WITZENBERG gift cards can be used at any of our WITZENBERG locations or on Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online with the following terms and conditions:

    • No transaction fee
    • Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
    • WITZENBERG Gift Cards do not count towards your order total for any minimum shipping thresholds

    • WITZENBERG Gift Cards cannot be used on the purchase of a WITZENBERG Gift Card
    • WITZENBERG Gift Cards must be obtained from WITZENBERG or authorized third parties such as WITZENBERG Visa Rewards. WITZENBERG strongly recommends against purchasing gift cards from unauthorized third parties. Purchasing a gift card from an unauthorized third party is at your own risk; WITZENBERG is not responsible for and assumes no liability for any unlawful conduct or fraud by unauthorized third parties associated with gift cards.

  2. How do I purchase a WITZENBERG gift card or e-gift card?

    WITZENBERG gift cards can be purchased as a physical card or e-gift card. Both gift card versions can be used online or in-store.

    • Physical gift cards can be purchased online to be mailed to you or at the checkout counter in store.
    • E-gift cards can be purchased online here following the steps below:
      • Visit our Boxing & MMA Headgear
      • Select e-gift card or physical gift card
      • Choose your denomination
      • Select quantity
      • Select Add to Cart
      • For e-gift cards, you will be able to add a gift recipient's email address and gift message
      • Proceed to checkout

  3. How are WITZENBERG Gift Cards or eGift Cards delivered?

    When you place an order for a Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online physical gift card or e-gift card, the following guidelines apply:

    • E-Gift Card Orders:
      • E-Gift cards will be delivered to the recipient's email address
      • If your e-gift card was not delivered to the recipient's email address, please have recipient check all email folders (e.g. Promotions, Junk, Spam, etc.) or contact our Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online customer service team for further assistance
    • Physical Gift Card Orders:
      • Gift cards are shipped by envelope through the United States Postal Service (USPS)
      • Standard shipping applies (5-10 business days) for physical gift cards
      • Tracking is not provided with standard shipping on physical gift card orders
      • Please note: If your gift card order has not arrived within the standard shipping time frame, 5-10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

  4. How do I place a Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online order with a gift card?

    WITZENBERG gift cards can be used as a form of payment on Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online orders by following the steps below:

    • Visit Witzenberg Sneakers Sale Online
    • Add products to your cart
    • Once products are added to your cart, proceed to checkout
    • Fill out all of the required fields for Shipping and Billing
    • Continue to Payment
    • Boat Cleaners & Wash
    • Click Apply
    Note: You can apply multiple gift cards to an order by repeating the final two steps

  5. What if my order total exceeds the balance on my gift card?

    If your order exceeds the balance on your gift card, the remaining balance will be due and can be paid using another valid payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, additional WITZENBERG gifts cards, etc.).

  6. What if my order total is less than the balance on my gift card?

    If your order is less than the balance on your gift card, your gift card will retain the remaining balance.

  7. What if I paid with a gift card and my order was out of stock, canceled or returned?

    If you paid with a gift card and your order was out of stock, canceled, or returned, a new e-gift card will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
