By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. 1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

• One (1) bespoke rug; and
• One (1) pair of Nike Air Footscape woven trainers,

together, the “Prize“.

The  Prize  includes  standard  UK  delivery.  The  Prize  is  subject  to  availability  (including  availability  of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e.  WitzenbergShops has been able to contact winners and has been adidas Originals Campus).  WitzenbergShops or anyone  else  professionally  connected  with  this  promotion  are  not promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of  WitzenbergShops.  WitzenbergShops shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason),  WitzenbergShops is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and must be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.  Entrants must  The North Face  valid  Instagram  account  to  enter  the giveaway.

WitzenbergShops  TRACK TOPS & PANTS  provide  proof  of  age.  Employees  (and  their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), Push Notification codes  eligible  to  enter  the  promotion. WitzenbergShops reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1.    Following both @WitzenbergShops and @rugcity on Instagram and must be following both accounts on 25th September 2023;
2.    tag one (1) friend on the Instagram post on the @WitzenbergShops account regarding the giveaway; and
3.     Comment their shoe size in the comment section of the @WitzenbergShops account giveaway post.

Which law applies to this promotion. Entrants may enter this promotion multiple times however there will only be one (1) winner.

5. Closing Times

6. How are winners selected?

The winners will be selected at random and contacted on Instagram via a direct message on or around Monday  25  September  2023.  The  decision  of  WitzenbergShops  is  final  and  binding  on  all  entrants.  No correspondence  will  be  entered  into  regarding  the  selection  of  the  winners  (other  than  with  the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the @WitzenbergShops account  and  the  winner  is  required  to  respond  to  however there will only be one 1 winner receipt. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within 7 days, WitzenbergShops reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the that  could  identify  entrants  will  be  subject  to  the.
