All local orders are delivered by our medium courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for Holdall, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

• Orders placed Man Casual BackPack: small top handle bag.
• Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: H-Bag crossbody bag Weiß.
• Orders placed Pepe Jeans Leandra Bag: bag for anyone who likes to carry their life on their shoulder.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
